All purchasers of paintball markers must be 18 years of age. Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations in their area. Purchasers are responsible for all importation taxes and duties imposed.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging. Opened or Used products may not be returned. Paintball breakage is insured in shipment and the carrier should be contacted immediately if damage is noted on parcel. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.

*All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Order Processing
Processing times vary due to many factors including availability of product, hours of operation, weather conditions, distance from our warehouse to your location, etc. In general, in-stock orders are processed and ship out of our warehouse within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Out of stock orders will usually ship with 3 days. If a particular item will not be available to ship within 3 business days, we will contact you to make arrangements as to how to proceed.

Shipping carriers do NOT make delivery date guarantees for orders shipped via Regular Ground Service, USPS Priority has an average delivery time of 2-3 days.

Ground orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm Noon EST, Saturday and Sunday may not ship until Tuesday due to the high volume of orders received on weekends. No orders placed on a holiday or on a weekend day will be processed until the next business day.

Priority is given to air shipments. We will attempt to process the business day, all orders being shipped Next Day Air, that are placed provided we receive your order by 12pm Noon Eastern Standard Time, and the item is in stock. It is recommended that if you require delivery by a specific day, you give yourself an extra day or two for delivery errors and order processing.

A UPS Delivery Map is provided for our customers to help them determine how long it will take for a package to arrive once it has been shipped. The shipping time table is the number of business days it will take for UPS to deliver a package via standard Ground service. It does not include any processing time before the order ships.

Shipping
Purchase at least $199.99 USD worth of product to receive free ground shipping. Promotion available only to orders shipped to the continental United States. Orders shipped free will be shipped using wither UPS Ground or USPS Priority, at our disgression. Excludes any orders that include paintballs. If an order that contains paintballs, is over $199.99 USD excluding the price of the paintballs, the items will be shipped free. We will contact you regarding the cost of shipping the paintballs.

Shipping You must place your order online in order to participate in the free shipping promotion.

When purchasing paintballs, we highly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes insurance. We try to package paintballs as best we can, using bubble wrap and a heavy outer box, but sometimes they can become damaged in shipment. Any damage caused in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and NOT 3 R Paintball. Contact the carrier to file a damage claim as soon as possible.

Warranty
All manufactures provide at least a 90 day and up to a full 1 year full parts and labor warranty on guns. All defective products must be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded by the manufacturer directly. Bunkerz Paintball will not accept exchanges or returns of defective merchandise. Please contact the manufacturer regarding warranty service.

We will attempt to ship you your desired color in paintballs, but color is not guaranteed.
